Believe it or not, the New Year is fast approaching! One of our wonderful traditions at Rosh Hashanah is to eat apples and honey. This year, Temple Beth Sholom Sisterhood is once again offering you a special opportunity to share this tradition.

We will send a jar of honey to whomever you wish within the United States (including relatives serving in the military with an APO address). Each jar that is sent will wish the recipient a sweet and joyous New Year. The cost is $10 per jar (we “earn” $2 per jar). This cost is all-inclusive; packaging, shipping, a personalized card, and a jar of pure Kosher honey. Extra fundraising comes when for example; multiple families want to send a jar of honey to the same recipient. This family will receive one jar of honey with a card listing all who sent them good wishes for a sweet and joyous New Year. This is a perfect opportunity to wish a sweet New Year to our Temple family as well as your out-of-town family and friends. We do all the work!

New this year, you may pay for the honey through our website. If you pay online, you will also need to email Sisterhood  with the recipient names, addresses, and any message. For recipients who are Temple members, we will fill in the addresses! For non-Temple recipients, please provide their names and addresses, along with any special greeting. If you choose, you can print out this form, and mail it to the Temple along with your check. Orders must be received by August 30, 2017. THERE CAN BE NO EXCEPTIONS!

THE DEADLINE FOR YOUR ORDER IS AUGUST 30, 2017

We know this is early, but the post office is slow with mailing. This assures that the honey arrives in time for the holiday!

We hope that you have a healthy and joyous year.

Many thanks,
Stacy Edinburg, Sisterhood President
