Join us for a special Havdalah featuring the music of both Ashkenazi and Mizrahi traditions.

Havdalah with Yoni Battat

Yoni is a classically trained violist. At the heart of his musical identity lies a deep investment in world music
and improvisation. His interest first blossomed as he explored the Klezmer idiom, as an up-and-coming
fiddler. Since getting his first oud at age 16, Yoni has been fascinated with Arabic music and the music of
his Iraqi Jewish family. Learn more about Yoni Battat and his music.
